SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. chopped celery

Put in large bowl and hand mix all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate and store in large jar.
