MORRY'S SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 qt. sauerkraut
1 stalk celery
1/2-1 1/2 c. sugar, depending on how sour the sauerkraut
1 sm. (2 oz.) pimento, cut fine
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients. Chill for 2 days. Keeps 2 weeks or more in refrigerator.
