MRS. LENT'S SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, well drained
1 c. sugar
1 c. celery, diced
1 lg. grated carrot, diced
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1 lg. onion (1/2 c. diced)
4 oz. jar pimento

Mix all in serving dish and refrigerate. Great on picnics - with pork or ribs.
