SAUERKRAUT SALAD | |
3 c. sauerkraut, drained, squeezed dry & chopped 1 med. green pepper, finely chopped 1/2 c. carrots, shredded 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped 4 tbsp. sugar 1/3 c. cider vinegar 4 tbsp. vegetable oil Place sauerkraut, green pepper, carrots and onions in a salad bowl. Combine vinegar, oil and sugar with vegetables. Chill at least 5 hours. Keeps refrigerated for weeks. |
