SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Drain sauerkraut well; mix with remaining ingredients. Let stand overnight.
