24 sesame wafers 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced prosciutto, cut in 24 pieces 4 sm. tomatoes, each cut in 6 thin sliced 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Grated Parmesan cheese 4 slices Provolone cheese 12 pimento-stuffed olives, halved Place sesame wafers in a single layer in a jelly-roll pan. Top each with prosciutto, folding slices, if needed, to fit. Place tomato slices over prosciutto. Sprinkle garlic salt, then Parmesan cheese over tomatoes. Cut each slice of Provolone cheese in 6 wedges; place over tomatoes; top with olive halves. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 24 appetizers. |
