HAM-OKRA PINWHEELS 
Thin sliced ham
6 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
Hot pickled okra

Spread ham with cream cheese. Cut off stems and tips of okra and arrange in row evenly over cheese. Roll ham over okra, making it secure by wrapping in Saran Wrap. Place in refrigerator until well chilled. When ready to serve, slice 1/2 inch thick, making pinwheel design.
