ITALIAN ZUCCHINI (MICROWAVE) 
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 med. zucchini, cut into 1/4" slices
2 tbsp. butter or olive oil

In a small bowl, mix basil, marjoram, garlic powder and oregano; set aside. Arrange half of zucchini in 1 1/2 quart casserole, Pyrex dish or round baking pan. Sprinkle with half of butter/olive oil. Repeat with remaining zucchini, herb mixture and butter. Cover.

Microwave on High for 7 to 9 minutes, or until zucchini is tender. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
