LIVER BALL 
1 roll liver and bacon bits, or just plain liverwurst, or just plain smoked and add your own bacon bits (2 tbsp.)
2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
Finely chopped onion (as much as desired)
About 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Couple dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped parsley, fresh

Cream liverwurst and cream cheese, add lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Roll in chopped nuts and parsley. Serve on crackers.
