TOFU SPAGHETTI BALLS 
3/4 lb. tofu, mashed
1 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1 tbsp. McKays chicken style seasoning
1/2 c. bread crumbs or rolled oats
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. cumin

Chop parsley and onion fine. Mix all ingredients. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake on oiled cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with spaghetti and sauce.
