NUTTY FRUIT BALLS 
1/4 c. cashews
1/4 c. walnuts
1/4 c. almonds
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. dried apricots
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. rolled oats
2 tbsp. honey (if desired)
1/4 c. peanut butter

Chop all the nuts, seeds and fruit. Add honey and peanut butter and mix well. Roll into balls and chill.
