BEEF BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped

Brown above ingredients and drain.

Add: 1 egg, slightly beaten 2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 can tomato sauce 1 c. shredded cheese for topping

Line casserole dish with 1/2 can flaky biscuits, pulling apart to line bottom. Spread meat mixture over biscuits, then top with remaining biscuits pulled apart to cover top. Spread cheese over biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
