EASY CHESS PIE 
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter over medium heat; add sugar and stir well. Cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove form heat and let cool for 3-4 minutes. Add beaten eggs to sugar mixture; stir in well. Beat in vanilla and vinegar. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
