VERY RICH CHESS PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar (blend in 1 tbsp. corn meal)
3 whole eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar mix and beaten eggs. Add vinegar and vanilla. Pour in unbaked crust. Bake very slow about 30 minutes or until firm at 350 degrees.

For variations omit vinegar and add cocoa, lemon juice and coconut or pecans.
