EASY CHCO - SCOTCH FUDGE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. walnut pieces
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Melt chocolate and butterscotch morsels with sweetened condensed milk in top of double boiler. Stir until mixture melts and begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add walnuts and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan (well greased). Chill in refrigerator until firm enough to slice.
