FUDGE SCOTCH RING
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) Nestle's butterscotch morsels
1 can Borden Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnut halves
Red and green cherries (for decoration)

9 inch ring. Makes 36 slices.

Melt chocolate and butterscotch morsels with sweetened condensed milk in top of a double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Stir occasionally until morsels melt and mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat; add chopped walnuts and vanilla. Blend well. Chill 1 hour until mixture thickens. To make 3 wreaths, cut square of cardboard 1 inch larger than a 6 inch plate. Cover with foil. Mark around the plate. Lay walnut halves forming an 1 1/2 inch thick wreath. Spoon chocolate mixture on top. Decorate with red cherries and leaves of green cherry. Freeze. Wrap in plastic. Tie with red ribbon. Makes lovely gifts. Can also make 1 large 9 inch ring.
