FUDGE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle's butterscotch chips
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnut pieces
1 c. walnut halves

Melt chips and milk in double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Remove from heat, add vanilla and nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Line 9" pie pan with foil. Arrange walnut halves in ring. Drop fudge in mounds on nuts and press. Chill 2 hours. Invert onto plate. Remove foil. Cut in pieces.
