HOT DIP 
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can (4 oz.) Ortega diced chilies
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 medium tomato, diced

Combine grated Jack cheese, cream cheese, Ortega chilies, and mayonnaise in a saucepan; heat over low heat until completely melted and smooth. Add diced tomato and serve warm with tortilla chips.
