BEAN DIP 
2 med. size cans red kidney beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 oz. can "Ortega" green chilies "Hot", chopped

Drain and mash kidney beans. Fry hamburger with a little onion. Add mashed beans, cheese and other ingredients. Cook slowly in crock pot.

Great for cocktail hour - serve with corn chips.
