BEAN DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
2 cans refried beans
1 c. ketchup (to taste)
1 sm. sour cream
1 pkg. Chill-o mix (mild or hot)
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Sliced black olives (optional)

Brown the ground beef with the onion and drain. Mix 1/2 of cheese with all other ingredients in pan and heat. When hot put in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts. Then remove from oven and top with olives. Great with tortillas.
