2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
6 eggs
2 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. brick cheese
1/2 stick butter
pepper

Mix it all up together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, then take foil off and cook until set. This is great for making up ahead of time and freezing.

This was my ex-mother-in-law's recipe. Even the kids like it!
