1 box Devil's Food cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix, butter and egg. Pat out in greased and floured pan (9 x 13 inches). Combine cream cheese, 2 eggs, nuts and sugar. Spread on top of cake. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and cut into strips.
