BEER BREAD 
3 c. self rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can (12 oz.) beer

Mix ingredients together; pour into greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3); let rise 45 to 60 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

For whole wheat or rye bread substitute 1 cup whole wheat or rye flour and add 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder if flour is NOT self rising.
