GRIT CASSEROLE 
Corn flakes
4 c. grits
1 roll garlic cheese
2 eggs
Milk
Salt, pepper and MSG to taste

Cook grits, add 2 eggs beaten. Fill remainder of 1 cup measure with milk. Grease 9x13 dish. Grate cheese, sprinkle over grits and crumble corn flakes over top. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
