GRITS CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. grits
2 c. boiling water
6 oz. tube soft garlic cheese food, cubed
1 beaten egg and milk to make 1/2 c. or 3 oz.
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter

Fully cook grits, stir well, take off stove. Add milk and egg mixture. Stir in cheese and butter until melted. Add cubed ham if wanted. Pour into greased casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
