HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground ham
1 1/4 lbs. ground pork (or ground beef)
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Mix together and place in loaf pan. Top with Glaze. (Next page)

GLAZE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. water

Blend together brown sugar and mustard. Stir in vinegar and water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
