1/2 c. heavy sour cream
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. horseradish well drained
Chopped cherries
Tabasco if desired

Combine all ingredients and serve cold with roast beef.
