SOUR CREAM HORSERADISH SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. MBT chicken broth
1 c. water
2 tsp. white horseradish
1 c. sour cream (or lite sour cream)

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and stir on low flame. Add water, broth and horseradish and stir until thick. Add sour cream and heat. Do not let "bubble". Use over chicken, fish or veggies.
