WHITE SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain and return to pot. Melt butter and add garlic powder. Over low heat, pour butter mix over spaghetti and mix well. Turn heat off, sprinkle grated cheese over spaghetti and cover. Wait about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and serve.
