SPAGHETTI WITH WHITE CLAM SAUCE 
1/4 c. olive oil
8 cloves garlic
4 (7 oz.) cans chopped clams
3/4 tsp. sweet basil
3/4 tsp. oregano
3 bay leaves
3 chopped green onions

Brown sliced garlic in olive oil, remove garlic and save. Remove 1 teaspoon of oil for the noodles. Drain the juice from the clams and add to the oil, add the basil, oregano, and bay leaves and simmer for 20 minutes. When noodles are done, add the clams and juice, heat through, serve noodles with chopped onions and sauce, sprinkle with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
