WHITE SPAGHETTI | |
1/2 lb. butter 5 cloves garlic Fresh mushrooms Parmesan cheese (fresh) 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. oregano 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams (liquid included) 3 egg whites 1 lb. pasta Put all ingredients, except pasta, together and simmer. Cook pasta and drain. Toss egg whites into pasta. Top with clam sauce. Sprinkle with additional fresh Parmesan cheese. You can vary the quantities of mushrooms and Parmesan. I use about 12 mushrooms and about 4 ounces of fresh Parmesan cheese. |
