PINEAPPLE PUFF PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 or 9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
2 graham cracker pie shells

Mix in mixer: Eagle Brand milk and Cool Whip. Mix well to make it fluffy. Add pineapple and lemon juice. Add nuts. Put in pie shells. Chill overnight.
