7 FLAVOR POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk (fresh or canned)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut
1 tsp. rum
1 tsp. butternut
1 tsp. almond
1 tsp. lemon

Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

I make this cake all the time. For a little change I use vanilla, coconut, rum, butter, almond, banana & pineapple flavors. VERY GOOD. Change the flavors to suit your personal preference.

I used whole wheat flour which did not take away from the flavor or texture. The family loved it!
