REUBEN DINNER 
Instant potatoes (8 servings)
1 lb. sauerkraut
8 oz. corned beef
4 oz. Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saucepan prepare instant potatoes. Stir in sauerkraut. Place 1/2 of sauerkraut mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole; layer with corned beef and cheese. Top with remaining potato-sauerkraut mixture. Sprinkle with paprika or caraway seed. Bake 30 minutes.
