RUEBEN DINNER 
1 pkg. scalloped or juliane potatoes
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut
2 (2.5 oz.) pkg. thin sliced corn beef
2 1/4 c. boiling water
2/3 c. milk
1 1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Layer potatoes, sauerkraut, corned beef in ungreased square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2). Sprinkle with sauce mix. Pour water and milk over potato mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender, approximately 35 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
