SWISS BLISS 
2 lbs. or more of 1 inch thick round steak
1 lg. sliced green pepper
1 env. onion soup mix
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. juice from the tomatoes
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Place a double thickness of aluminum foil in a baking dish. Cut steak into serving pieces. Arrange meat on foil. Sprinkle with soup mix, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes and a little raw onion, if so desired. Season with salt and pepper. Mix A-1 and cornstarch, pour over meat and vegetables. Bring foil up and over, double fold edges to seal tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
