TANDY KAKES 
1 c. milk
2 tsp. butter
2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 lb. peanut butter
1 lg. Hershey's chocolate bar

Combine milk and butter in saucepan, scald and set aside. Stir together flour, eggs, baking powder, sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir in milk mixture. Blend well and pour into a greased cookie sheet 11 1/2 x 17 1/2 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Right out of the oven, spread peanut butter over cake. Chill or freeze until peanut butter is hard.

Melt chocolate bar - spread on top of hardened peanut butter. Chill or freeze until chocolate is set then cut into squares and serve. Store in refrigerator.
