SAUSAGE - APPLE STUFFING 
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
8 c. dry bread cubes
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. water
2 c. apples, peeled & chopped
2/3 c. raisins, optional

Heat oven to 325 degrees. In small skillet brown pork sausage with onion and celery. In large bowl combine bread cubes, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and butter; mix well. Stir in water, apples, raisins and sausage mixture, including drippings. This will stuff a 24 pound turkey.
