APPLE SAUSAGE STUFFING 
1 lb. sausage, mild
1 lb. sausage, spicy
2 lg. onions, chopped
9 sm. stalks celery, diced
4 McIntosh apples with skin, chopped finely
2 pkg. stuffing cubes
3 eggs, beaten
Apple cider, enough to moisten

Crumble sausage and cook until no longer pink. Add onions and celery to sausage and cook until onion is transparent. Combine cooked ingredients with everything else. Add enough apple cider to moisten. This makes enough stuffing for a 20 to 25 pound turkey.
