SAUSAGE APPLE DRESSING 
1/2 c. pork sausage
1/2 c. tart apples, chopped
1 tsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Fry sausage lightly. Add apples, onions, salt, pepper, hot water and crumbs. Mix well.

Note: For poultry and game.
