HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
4-5 lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lb. hamburger
Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper, to taste

Slice potatoes and onions, 1/4 inch thick. Cook until tender. Brown hamburger. Layer potatoes and onions in casserole dish. Top with hamburger, then soup; cover with cheese and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
