CHILI MAX WITH CHEESE 
1 1/2 lb.ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
Salt, pepper and chili powder to taste

Brown ground beef, onions and peppers, add to rest of ingredients and cook 30 minutes add 2 cans kidney beans and cook 15 minutes more.

Cook macaroni and drain, placein buttered baking dish, place 1 cup grated cheese on top then add chili on top of all. Bake about 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve with salad and crusty toasted bread.
