CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
Cabbage
1 med. onion
1 stick butter
1-1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can mushroom soup
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed

Steam cabbage and drain. Place in casserole dish. Saute onion in butter. Mix cheese with soup, then add to onion and butter mixture. Pour over cabbage. Take crackers and sprinkle over top. Dot with butter. Bake in hot oven at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes.
