CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
2 tsp. seasoned salt
Bread crumbs

Cook cabbage in small amount of water, drain. Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add soup and cheese and heat until cheese is melted. Add drained cabbage and 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Pour into 9 x 9 inch casserole and sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes or longer.
