CABBAGE/CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. cabbage, cut into bite size pieces

Boil 3 minutes. Drain well.

WHITE SAUCE:

Melt: 5 tbsp. flour

Add 2 cups milk and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until thick. Add 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese; melt into sauce. In 13 x 9 inch pan, make a layer of cabbage (about 1/2) and 1/2 the sauce. Repeat. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
