CABBAGE-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. head cabbage
Cheddar cheese
White sauce
Bread crumbs

Cut up cabbage in large pieces. Separate and cook until tender, drain water. Start layering cabbage, grated cheese, salt and pepper until cabbage is used up, end with cheese. Make a white sauce and pour over all. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbling. You may use a 9"x13" pan.
