CABBAGE AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. or med. head cabbage or cauliflower
1 pkg. sharp cheese
Milk, butter, flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Cracker crumbs

Shred cabbage and cook until tender. Do not over cook. Put 1 1/2 cups milk in saucepan. Heat and add flour to thicken. Grate cheese. Mix with cream sauce after thickened. Place cabbage in casserole, drained. Slice remainder of cheese and put over cabbage. Pour cream sauce on cabbage, cover with crumbs. Bake in 275 degree oven for 1 hour or until done.
