BAKED HERBED TOMATOES 
4 lg. tomatoes, halved crosswise
1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped
1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp. J.D.'s Magic
4 tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
4 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Place tomatoes, cut side up in a baking dish. With brush, spread Dijon mustard on inside of tomatoes. Mix oregano, basil, J.D.'s Magic, bread crumbs, parsley and butter together. Stuff tomatoes evenly with mixture and drizzle additional butter on top of each tomato. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes until tomatoes are heated through.
