BAKED TOMATO #1 
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, mashed up
Pinch of salt
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 slices bread
1 heaping tbsp. flour

Beat eggs with flour, salt and sugar. Crumble bread, add tomatoes. Mix well. Pour into greased pie pan, dot with butter. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 degrees. Bake another 15 minutes or until firm in the middle.
