APPLE PUNCH 
3 lg. cans apple juice
3 lg. cans orange juice
1 doz. lemons
5 lb. sugar
6 qt. ginger ale

Squeeze lemons. Cover hulls with water and heat just enough to dissolve all sugar. Remove, add lemon juice, apple juice and orange juice. Stir. 1/2 of this may be frozen and other 1/2 left in refrigerator. When ready to serve add ginger ale. Serves 150 punch cups.
